Processing of Your Data
HCFTT maintains a donor administration that also records personal data of other relations. Relations are persons that have signed up for a newsletter or are involved in our work (as a volunteer) but are not donors.
HCFTT encourages its relations to contribute to the objective of our non-profit foundation through actions and campaigns. The work of HCFTT is fully funded by donations. We collect personal data (name, address, place of residence, telephone number, email address, digital communications address, date of birth and church background) in order to provide you with targeted information about our work and to ask you for your financial support.
Personal data is collected via the website when you sign up for one of our newsletters and when you register as a donor or volunteer. Personal recruitment also takes place via an application form or a telephone call. HCFTT occasionally uses the services of third parties to supplement and update its database. In all cases, we will ask you for your explicit permission to do so.
Financial data and personal details are collected to execute the agreement (donation, authorization, periodic donation). These data will not be provided to third parties for commercial purposes. HCFTT is a Non-Profit Organization).
Viewing, Changing, or Deleting Data
You can at any moment request access to the data we have recorded about you, or have these data changed or deleted. You can report your changes by telephone to the HCFTT administration desk in the Trinidad & Tobago: 868-730-7457 (during normal working office hours) or by e-mail: hcftandt2@gmail.com.
This is also the place to be if you no longer wish to be informed about our activities. HCFTT is obliged to request proof of identity before we can provide you with information regarding your personal data in our records. You can also submit a request by letter, stating your name, address, telephone number and a copy of a valid identification document, addressed to the administration of Hospital Christian Fellowship, P.O. Box 191, San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago.
Contact with Donors and Relations
HCFTT informs its donors about the local and ministry work via magazines, email, post, telephone, website and/or social media. On a regular basis, a request is made to support the work of HCFTT with financial contributions and prayer.
Digital Communication
When you, as a subscriber to one of our newsletters, as a donor or as a requester of information, have given your email / mobile phone / social media address to HCFTT, we will inform you by digital communication, to update you on our work and results, and for requests for a financial contribution.
When sending digital communications, HCFTT uses a system that provides insight into how these communications are opened. It is also possible to see whether the links in our communications are clicked on. This enables HCFTT to further optimize the information it provides to its constituents and to better attune it to their interests. Our registration system
also allows us to make selections, enabling us to better target specific groups.

Visiting Our Website
Our website (www.hcftt.org) does not collect personal data unless you choose to provide it. You can provide your personal data to request information, to receive our newsletter, to donate, to invite us for a presentation, etc. This data will be treated confidentially and used to
